My New Favorite!

Love love this 7Gypsies flocked paper and these copper metallic cards that have been in my stash for years.  The Rhinestone buckle and satin ribbon adds a touch of luxury.  And my new Memory Box stamp embossed in gold put on with a little brown and white bakers twine.  I did add some blue cardstock to the inside of the card since I thought writing on the metallic paper would be difficult.  These cards are just yummy!

The kids went back to school today and I can think again.  For a couple more weeks anyway until they are home for 2 weeks straight.  It should be fun though I started teaching them to crochet and Em has the chain stitch down, she's almost chained an entire skein of yarn  HA.  I told her she has to learn the new stitch now.   Abbi created a new technique painting with ink pads and taught us that. So we have some things to keep us busy.

Hope everyone had a great Turkey Day, Black Friday & Cyber Monday!  Back to work now!

So Far So Good

I've finished a lot so far for tomorrow.   Breads, Apple Pie, Sweet Potatos, and Cookies are baked(the kids will decorate to keep them entertained).  Also I've done my dip, jello salad and cranberry sauce.  So I have time to focus on the turkey tomorrow!  Phew!    Hope everyone is having fun preparing for Thanksgiving Day.

More Coloring

I'm a little coloring obsessed I have to share them all I love this guy!

A Little Christmas Joy

Happy Wednesday All!  Class yesterday was Awesome!  Everyone had a great time and their ornaments turned out amazing!  I have lots of other ideas for those stamps and we got lots more styles in the store last week!  So I can't wait to play.  Tonight is no scrapping tonight but the Craft Collective Meeting.  We're going to learn how to crochet.  I have a scarf around here half done somewhere gotta grab that for tonight!

The kids are counting down the days to Friday.  They are off school the entire week of Thanksgiving!  Woo Hoo for them.  Crazy for me gotta gather up a ton of projects for them to work on!  EEEK!  I have lots of plans for them.

The cards above are more from the Graphic 45 Holiday class!  I love the rosette flower(Tim H's Punch) on the top card and the vintage glass glitter(Melissa Francis).   The bottom card uses the yummy Perfect Pearls mist(Ranger).  All of them work well with the Graphic 45 papers.

Ok so we're not scrapping tonight but we are all doing a crop on Friday night and we have our Holiday Ornament Tag swap due.  I must get working on the goodie bags and putting the finishing touches on my tags.  Then I have to figure out what to pack and work on!  I'm excited to hang out with everyone!

Hope your having a great day!

Teaching Today

Today is my Stamped Ornament Topper class so I'm running between work and home with the kids.  But I have some more Copic Christmas Cards to share.  This stamp is from JustRite the embossing plate is Tim Holtz.  Love these vintage inspired ornaments very pretty.

Happy Monday!

So this is it before the class a look at all 3 ornament toppers we'll be making tomorrow in the class!  Hope you have enjoyed them!  I loved making them.

Have a great Monday

Anyway this ornament topper is part of a class I am teaching on Tuesday the 16th at Craft Fancy.  We will be creating 3 toppers!

Today I am off to a Tastefully Simple Party at Paula's.  Hopefully going to get some Holiday shopping done while I'm there!  Have a great day!

Ahhh the weekend!

So this morning I'm baking bannana bread and hanging out with the family!  It's getting cooler so it's the perfect morning to get up and bake something.

I wanted to share with you some samples from a class I'm teaching on Tuesday.  These are Stamped Ornament Toppers.  I adore Outlines stamps, Craft Fancy finally brought them in over the summer with the flowers!  But now we have the Ornament Toppers!  OMG your going to flip over these.  I've created 3 different styles with the stamps for the class and you'll make or take home kits to make all 3 including the ormanments to put them on.  I will share more in the next couple of days!    Also don't forget today is Craft Fancy's big Holiday Extravaganza where you can see all the samples to upcoming classes in person and get all the latest products to get ready for the holidays.    Be sure to check the blog for some sneak peaks!

Hope the start to your weekend is Awesome.

Working Working

Working on class samples today.  But I thought I would share some samples from the Graphic 45 Holiday Card class.  Love the Graphic 45 paper it's yummy.  I taught everyone to make the little roses up on the top card.  They loved them quick and easy and a great way to use up scraps of paper!

Tomorrow is the big Holiday Extravaganza at Craft Fancy with Make & Takes and tons of new product!  Very very exciting!!!!!  Be sure to check out the blog for sneak peaks at what is coming.

Now I must go and make dinner we're having a quiet night at home with maybe a Wii playoff game or two.
Hope everyone had a great day.

Cup O Tags

So tonight I finished up my paper cups.  I'm making these for a Holiday Tag Swap Tomorrow.  After cutting and assembling the cups I added embellishments and cut some tissue with my fringe scissors to fill up the little cups.  I'm now finishing up the little punched tags that will go inside.  I'll share more tomorrow must go punch!

Coloring For Christmas

Although it doesn't feel like Christmas is coming it is really fast approaching. With our 70 degree weather.... Thanksgiving is just around the corner.  EEEK  I've been working on Christmas projects.  I have so many to complete it's hard to know where to begin.

This is a card from my Copic Christmas cards class this past weekend!  I love how the JustRite Santa turned out.   And my new Spellbinder die!  Very fun!

Happy Turkey Day Early

Gotta love this guy!  He's from Hero Arts and I am seriously thinking of serving beef  for Thankgiving because of him!  Nah the family would have a fit I'm sure!  Now if only Turkey's were this cute.  He's colored with copics.

Another Hero Arts image from the same set.  My little pilgrim boy!  Very cute I've been working on coloring black and white.  I think his clothes turned out great.  Not so happy with my stamping job on Happy Thanksgiving.  I think my ink pad needs to be rejuiced.

Hope everyone is having a great day!
