Bombshell Hump Day Hope - Waterworld

Hard to believe it's that time of the month again. Last Wednesday of November and time for the Bombshell Hump Day Hop our theme this month is Waterworld. This month I took the opportunity to play with my new toy! I cut out the card and the top layer with the circles. The background is alcohol ink on glossy cardstock and the Mermaid from the Bombshell Set Mermaid Treasure was colored with Copic Markers. She was my very fist Bombshell Stamp and I love love coloring her. The seaweed is also from Mermaid Treasure and did add rhinestone bubbles for lots more underwater affect.

Christmas Tree Lighting

First you stand outside in the 19 degree weather singing with the PCC in the dark for about an hour.

So Mommy can take really bad pictures of Santa lighting the Christmas tree in the dark.

And your sister and her friend can get hot cocoa and cookies.

Then you get to go out for hotdogs and ice cream. That's how it's done!

Quick Set of Cards with a Box

For the Holiday Hoopla Today @ CraftFancy. 10am-6pm Don't forget we have free Make & Takes.

This was created this set with one sheet of Crate Paper Bundled Up a couple of sheets of cardstock and some ribbon. The box was done with the WRMK Envelope Punch Board. Very Quick Very Easy Super Cool. I still had leftover pieces of the Patterned Paper but I ran out of cardstock.

My Take using Koi Tattoo

I found some Asian themed paper on one of my cleaning jags in my room. EEEK what I have in there? Anyway I thought it went well with the Koi which I embossed in white. Added a little Washi Tape and some rhinestones! Love how it turned out. Hope you can play along with us this month on the sketch challenge. Here is my project for this week's showcase.

The Indian Princess is colored with Copic ad the background is done in sort of a Bargello Cheat. I did a quick coloring job with my distress markers on a sheet of white then cut the strips and staggered them in a Bargello design. Very cool and not as totally time consuming as Bargello is really.

Here is my Birthday Card for Shannon! I used the presents from the Holiday Accessory Stamp Set and water colored it with distress markers. The background shape was created using the Silhouette and a Studio 490 stencil with some Distress Ink. I used Starform Stickers in black(the strips and the Happy Birthday). The scallop and circle are cut with Spellbinders. The felt ribbon is from my stash.
