A quick card as a note of Thanks.  This used mostly scraps I had laying about on my table.  It to about 10 minutes to make.  I feel so accomplished  with I complete something, quick or not.

This is a fabulous way to jump start your creativity.  Just grab you scrap basket or box and pick out 2 pieces of paper and one die cut(this one is Cheery Lynn).  You can pick one stamp set, one tool and one embellishment.   Here I chose a greeting set from MFT, a corner rounder and pearls.

Next time your in a rut just grab a card base and a few scraps, set your timer for 10minutes and make something quick.  You'll fee accomplished and have a card to show for it.

Thank you for stopping by today hope your having a wonderful weekend.

Scrapbook Layout - Favorite Birthday Gift

Having fun with more of my older pictures and older Stash.  I've create mini kits I put them in little pouches and pull them out randomly to scrap.  I've combined a couple of scrappers techniques for creating these kits like Nicole Jones and Katie Scott.  I love the way they kit for Crops or events like Calvin Ball.   Plus it is so easy when I have a bit of free time to pick up a kit and just get to work.

This is from Emily's Birthday when she was so into Vera Bradly she got a matching everything in her favorite pattern.   It was nice to be able to use up literally SCRAPS from my scrap bin for this one.  The papers are just strips leftover from past projects.  The flowers are Pebbles and the word Birthday are Thickers.  I did stamp with a mini alpha from Stampin' Up.   The tiny word stickers are from Bella Blvd.  I love how the backpack pops with these colors!

Ok only a couple  of more weeks until school starts we are full swing school planning and Band Camp is kicking our buts!  Oh well it will soon be over and they will be off to school each day!

I appreciate every visitor I hope you are enjoying the shares!  Have another Wonderful Week HUGS!

Scrapbook Layout - On To Fort Sumter

A lot of our Family time is spent traveling with Daddy to his various Cival War events.  He loves doing Living Histories in places like Fort Sumter South Carolina.  We were on our way there and got a chance to stop by this amazing battle ship only a few miles from there.  The girls have learned our history very early on and continue to do so every chance we get.

The papers here are Simple Stories there are some Studio Calico wood veneers and the alphabet is Heidi Swapp and I cut my title with my Silhouette.  I generally take way too many pictures so I love it when I can do a layout incorporating a ton of them.

Sometimes you just have to do 2 pages and since this is both girls and Daddy it will go into the Family Album.

Thank you as always for Stopping by to Visit!  Hope your having a Great Day Hugs!

Floral Thank You Cards

Well it seems my inspiration is product driven for the most part.  I got a new set of stamps at Michael's from Hampton Arts called Flower Amaze.  I love the 2 step techniques I always have.  It makes a card no matter how simple seem somehow complete.

I love how this one turned out with the Pink seam binding and pink polka dot paper layered on green. Again I took advantage of my stamp press to make multiple cards.

I appreciated everyone that stops by for a visit here feel free leave a comment so I can Thank You in person!!!  Hope you have a Wonderful Day Today!  I will be back later in the week with some more scrapbook layouts!
