Bombshell Blog Hop "Paint The Town"

Follow my blog with Bloglovin

It's that time again the last Wednesday in July can you believe it?   Time for the Bombshell Blog Hop, this month we are "Painting the Town" or the cards as it were.  I got a chance to use my new Distress Paints and some of the stains as well.   I colored the images from Indian Princess with Copics and added them to my painted and dry embossed piece as well as some jute to make it just a little more masculine.  This is my first attempt at something a tad Western.  Not sure I'm good at it or not.  But it was fun to try.

Be sure to head over to all of the blogs participating starting at the Bombshell Blog and see what everyone else has created.

Yup We've Thwarted Her Escape Attempts

Last week someone got out of the backyard and wandered the neighborhood for a few minutes while I was out watering.   It was very scary and Abbi and I were totally freaked out.  So Dave went around the yard and closed up any holes a little dog might figure a way to fit through.  As you can see she has found one of her avenues blocked.  Hmmmm this will require some more Doxie ingenuity........

Summer is Here

When we aren't running around to camps clubs and play dates as well as work we sometimes get a chance to play.  This week I got some new Gelato's in the mail and I used the Wings from Butterfly Queen to do a little resist.  I created a butterfly body with some sequins from my stash.  The greeting is from a rub on set by Making Memories.  It was fun to play.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful Summer!
