Camp Cards We had Fun!

We Also did a Sour Cream container with the big French Flair background stamp but i still have to photo it! I'm afraid someone has been trying to break into it to get the candy out? They can smell those cherry kisses a mile away I swear!

Ooops been meaning to..... But

I made 10 of these Christmas cards this week this is part of a challenge to do 10 a month! Hopefully I'll be done with mine by August and I can move on to other fun stuff like tags and gifts! I am planning on making each months card different as I get a little tired of the same thing over and over!
Stamp camp was a week ago! Flat Olivia attended she however held up the projects going around the table so we had to bench her. She was just really really much to talkative!
A week ago today Abbi got her ears pierced at Libby Lu she was so excited! Emily went to a b-day party at Build A Bear so this is what Ab's and I did. Then we went out for a special lunch for big girls! Then that night Mommy was bad and took one out while cleaning it couldn't get it back in! I know I SUCK! She was a trooper we went back the next day had it redone and they painted her nails and mommy bought her a doughnut at the grocery store later!

We had Brownies this week where I promised the girls we would do science stuff, which they voted on. However after about 15 min of that they wanted to run around and play tag! Lots of energy! So they voted on Dancing next month! We'll see how it goes! Later in the week Em told me she thought the science experiments would be working with water and stuff. I did Friction, Invisible Ink with Lemon Juice and Vibrations. Hmmmmm water crossed my mind for about a second but having to bring everything there and then clean it up hmmmmm? Maybe next year there is another science Try It for brownies!

Had my first PTA meeting as a Staff Reporter for the newsletter! Fun fun although I got roped into doing some calendar for next year and god knows what! I knew ahead of time I was volunteering to work with the Models for the Multi Cultural event since Emily is one and Karen asked if I would help out. Oh well at least I didn't say I would do Market Day I have nightmares about that! ARGHHH!!!!

The rest of this weekend was a scrappy weekend. Friday I did 2 pages 1 of them a DT layout for next month(got my box this week full of PRIMA!) gotta love it. The other for the Cottage Challenges. Then Saurdayt I did another layout with some paper I got out but did not use for something else. Easier than putting it away I think! HA We also went out to lunch after getting the car emission tested. Still cleaning in my scrap room trying to get organized! Sunday I worked on some Circle Journal pages which I think are going to be super cool or at least in my head they are! Now to get them on paper! The girls went outside and played in the new snow then we got more new snow! It's very very white now! We also baked some cookies in the Easy Bake oven BIG FUN! Hope everyone had a great weekend and stayed warm!

Chickens!

Have you seen mine? Aren't they cute? I got these on clearance at M's for 25cents gotta love that. All I had to do was paint them. Then I used the Crate Paper papers on them and a little pen work! Love love how they turned out on the red wall over my stove! Dave was good he helped me figure out how to hang them and VOILA!

So today is upload day at the Cottage for me and some others! This month our sponsor is Imagination Project with some really cute Christmas paper. I used it for a little Christmas but tried to do a non Christmas layout with it since it's really just the right colors for a lot of things and the plaid is YUM-O and I will say you have got to check out their COASTERS I'm in LOVE!

So I have a funny story about Yesterday! You know or maybe not Abbi is about to be 4 and she's well mooooooooooody! Ok she has always been mooooooody but sometimes it's more pronounced than others. Anyway she was upset that she couldn't wear a certain dress to school, upset that she wasn't getting new dance shoes upset that she couldn't go to her friends house to play upset because she wasn't tired upset because she was tired upset that I wanted her to eat lunch upset she couldn't then she could play with the moon sand etc. etc. you get the points! So at some point midday she was upset because after eating 3 large pieces of cheese pizza for lunch she was still "REEEEEALLLY HUNGRY" she says. So I offered her a Brownie but when I checked they were all gone seems Daddy and the girls had finished them off the night before. So not wanting to hear anymore whining for that moment I grabbed a small bag of M&M's out of the jar and handed them to her. She had a fit huffing and puffing and crying saying she didn't want candy and she was going "to save it for later" then hiding it. Whatever I shrugged and said fine then turned around and got myself a littel candybar out of the jar and proceeded to eat it. WELLLLLLL.......... That was the last straw she started stomping, screaming and crying "FINE" grabbed her M&M's and ate them in a state of anger. REALLY I'm the MEANIEST MOMMY EVER force feeding M&M's! It was really amusing and if you know my kids you know just how much so! They are like walking sweet tooths?Teeth? Well whatever it is she just cracks me up when she gets like this clearly nothing will work but a nap but you know She's a "BIG GIRL" and doesn't need naps anymore! Oh well I can only hope this is a phase and it will pass quickly!

WOW time flies - - Happy new Year!

I had no idea it had been so long since I blogged! Time has gone by CRAZY FAST! Hope everyone had a Safe and Happy Holiday Season! We had a great time New Years Eve at home and I took tons of pics with the girls in party hats Partying the night away! They even had juice in wine glasses to toast!

So I've been super productive and done tons of layouts and projects! So I'm going to share a few layouts today and hopefully projects tomorrow! You gotta see my chickens but I have to adjust the photos! I reread a short article by Heidi Swapp while cleaning out my mags re: 10 min scrapping so I set up my table and did 3 layouts I'll share those first! Gotta love spead Scrapping! It was such a release! Made me happy! I used the Dec. Cocoa Daisy kit for all 3 which made is way easy to do!

This Friday is stamp camp so I'll have a sneaky peaky maybe I'll do that tomorrow maybe later today maybe I'll keep you guessing! HA
